Bank Board

The Board of Director of the Bank shall conduct general management control of the Bank’s activity, correct extension of loans and credits and investment of resources (with the view of protecting the interests of depositors, creditors and shareholders).

Chairman of the Board is approved by decree of Cabinet of Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Members of the Board are elected for a term of one year by Shareholders of the Bank on the Annual Meeting of Shareholders and can be reelected at the expiration of the period of validity of the authoritie.
