You use it, and pay off to us during term till 5 years.
The basic conditions:
The term of leasing – from 1 to 5 years.
The sum of leasing:
- The basic projects – from 10.000 US Dollars and higher (or equivalent to any other currency).
- microleasing – till 2000-multiple size of working minimal wages.
Maintenance:
- Borrower must bring not less than 20 % from the sum of leasing bargain as money resources, or
- Borrower must to give not less than 30 % from the sum of leasing bargain as other kind of maintenance.
Advantages of leasing:
- Having issued the leasing bargain, you can not only get the process equipment, necessary for your enterprise, but also it is essential to lower its cost, As the process equipment imported for transfer in leasing , is releasing from the VAT and customs duties.
- During all term of leasing your enterprise will be released from the tax to property on the acquired equipment.
- The size of tax base under the tax to profit will decrease on the size of percents paid on leasing. ëèçèíãó
- Pledge maintenance on leasing bargain will not require allocation of significant resources, as before ending of term of the bargain the object of leasing will remain in the property of "Asaka" Bank.
The list of the documents for preliminary consideration of the leasing project.
- Copies of the constituent documents.
- The license confirming the right to be engaged in industrial activity, if the kind of activity is included into the list, requiring special licenses.
- The accounting report of the enterprise, with a mark BEND, for last 2 years.
- The documents confirming rights of borrower on usage by a premise, where it is supposed to use object of leasing.
- Business plan/ Technical and economic substantiation.
The present list is not settling for consideration of a question of financing, and the employees of Bank can request other information and documents concerning the considered project.
