Asaka Bank is one of the largest banks in the country and firmly holds leading positions among commercial banks of Uzbekistan.

Another important success factor is the adoption of new methods of management, which emphasizes the priority of commercial orientation of the Bank's activity and intensification of mobility of the Bank in the market environment.
The Bank is contemplating major modernization of its risk management system. In this connection special attention is given to the flexibility if Bank's management, momentary reaction to the changes on the market, optimization and increasing the effectiveness of its branch network, intensified development of information technologies. Qualitative changes have been implemented in the system of carrying out relationships with the clients of the Bank, increasing standards of clients' servicing, major priority is given to PR and advertising policy of the Bank which is considered as an effective client base forming instrument.

The Bank assumes that further competition among major players in the market of banking services of Uzbekistan will be based on IT modernization as well as reconsideration of existing pricing policies and bank-to-client relationship policies of the banks. In this regard the Bank has strong capacity and intends to use its reserves for strengthening its competitive positions in the market.
